End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Geek AI – Board Game Assistant ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License and App Store Compliance

This app is licensed, not sold to you. Your use of the app is subject to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflicts, Apple’s EULA takes precedence.

3. Subscription and Usage Limits

• 200 message completions per day and 2000 per month.
• 30 new game creations per month.
• We may change these limits with prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the app legally and ethically.
• Not attempt to hack, misuse, or disrupt our services.
• Respect intellectual property rights.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Additionally, we comply with Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework. If tracking permissions are required, you will be prompted before any data is collected.

6. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the app.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions caused by the use of this app.
• Apple also disclaims all warranties and liabilities as stated in its EULA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to each App is subject to your prior acceptance of either this Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), or a custom end user license agreement between you and the Application Provider (“Custom EULA”), if one is provided.
